If you imagined a home for a family vacation, far from the noise and stress of a big city, you would probably imagine this house, El Abuelo. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near Santa Eulalia, less than two miles from several beaches such as Cala Pada, S’argamassa, Niu Blau, and 500 meters from a restaurant.

It is fenced with a private pool and an adjacent covered terrace with a barbecue and dining table, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a small playground for children. Magnificent views of the countryside give the villa a sense of tranquility, yet you are comfortably located close to the beaches to enjoy the sea for days. The beautiful house is pleasantly furnished to make a stay here even more welcoming.

The main house has two floors. The main building has a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. A hallway leads to three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a private bathroom and TV, and two double bedrooms with two beds each and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. A staircase leads to the fourth bedroom, in this case two single beds with an en suite bathroom with an outdoor shower and balcony on the top floor.

There is also a separate apartment outside in the garden, with a covered and reconstructed chill-out area and a dining room, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The villa is air-conditioned.

A full cleaning service is provided, with linen and towel changes every 7 nights. Towels are changed midweek.
