The property offers a luxurious retreat, surrounded by extensive palm gardens that provide a calm and spacious environment for relaxation. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
The villa covers 400 m² and features a massive 20 x 13.5 m swimming pool, expansive lawns, water features, a fish pond, and several covered areas for sitting, lying, and dining. It is an ideal place to enjoy nature and the peaceful surroundings.
The villa has air-conditioned bedrooms for maximum comfort. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180×200) that can be converted into two single beds upon request, and the other with a double bed (180×200), a dressing room, and a private bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there are two further bedrooms: one with a double bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other with a four-poster double bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
A full cleaning service is offered every seven days, including a change of sheets and towels, to ensure a trouble-free stay.
