This beautiful and exclusive house in Son Felip, located near El Arenal, captivates with its fantastic outdoor space and rural Mallorcan architecture. The charming holiday estate is decorated in warm and welcoming colors. Located just minutes from the seafront, it is close to several restaurants and bars, as well as supermarkets and various shops. It offers a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one upstairs and the rest downstairs), kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms, a large garden and capacity for 8 people. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV.

Outside, you will find a fabulous porch and a terrace furnished with a set of sofas and a dining table with chairs, a barbecue where you can prepare your meals and a fantastic swimming pool with sun loungers, as well as a large garden. Here you can receive the best antidote to the stress of everyday life. It is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Free outdoor parking for several vehicles. Right in front of the entrance of the farm, there is a public bus stop to access different places in the area.

Since January 1, 2016, the Balearic Islands government has imposed a Balearic Tourist Tax, which is paid upon check-in. Prices vary depending on the length of stay and the season (low or high). This tax applies to travelers over 16 years of age. The rate in high season (April to October inclusive) will be: €2.20 per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; €1.10 per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are halved in each case from November 1. This tax applies to residents and non-residents of the European Union. Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the documentary registration and information obligations of natural or legal persons who carry out accommodation and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of this regulation will collect the data of the users of these in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary to comply with the legal obligations developed by means of this Royal Decree. 2. The registration forms for the use of accommodation services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who uses them, according to the established system and model. In the case of persons under fourteen, their data will be provided by the adult with whom they are accompanied. 3. Guests will receive the link from the host to be able to register all the members who will be staying in the holiday homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may result in the termination of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.
