This large holiday home is located in the village of Kenourio, just 3 km from the pretty town of Kamena Vourla and about a 2-hour drive from Athens. This house is ideal for groups or families (there is also an annex). You will enjoy the fenced garden, the large swimming pool, and the barbecue. The nearest sandy beach is only 600 meters away, and you will discover the charming village of Kenourio, a beautiful traditional village with modern amenities. You will receive a warm welcome from the friendly locals and can enjoy typical Greek specialties in the local taverns. If you choose this house as your starting point, don’t miss a day trip to Lichadonisia, a hidden paradise of small green islands surrounded by golden sand. The islands of Lichadonisia are accessible by small boats from Kamena Vourla. There, you will find a beach bar as well as sun loungers and umbrellas to spend the day in a unique location. You can also take day trips to some of Greece’s most beautiful sites, such as Delphi and, of course, Athens and all its archaeological treasures. A longer trip (3 hours) will take you to the village of Kalambaka, at the foot of the impressive rock towers of Meteora, where six monasteries are definitely worth a visit (UNESCO World Heritage Site). It is possible to accommodate 5 additional people (25 in total) in folding beds (payable locally).
