It spreads over two levels connected only by an external staircase. Each floor has two kitchens or kitchenettes and two bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are arranged as studios and open to the kitchen. The beach is practically at the doorstep. You can also swim in the house’s pool, which is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace located slightly below the house. From the pool and the house, you have an unlimited view of the blue Aegean Sea. The nearest restaurant is just 50 meters away and is open from May to September. For entertainment, the port town of Ermoupolis is 15 km away. There, you can see the elegant, classical-style town hall and visit a casino, cinemas, and various restaurants. Thanks to its central location, Syros is ideal for day trips to the neighboring islands of Mykonos, Dilos, or Tinos. Arrivals are best on Fridays and Saturdays.
