Can Montis is a modern house with a private shallow pool. It is located on a quiet residential street in the trendy Santa Catalina district of Palma. The house has 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been tastefully furnished with all modern comforts: state-of-the-art air conditioning/heating with a built-in air purifier, a fireplace in the living room, a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen, and more. Large patio doors that open to connect the outside and inside of the house. The sunny terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers and invites you to relax after a day in the city. The shallow pool is ideal for sitting and relaxing on a hot day. Within walking distance, you are in the center of Santa Catalina, a very lively and popular neighborhood with many restaurants and bars. The heart of Palma and its shopping area are also within walking distance. We encourage all our guests to use electricity responsibly: the first 150 kW is included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will be charged at 0.14 € kW/h. Ecotax/tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged to all adult guests at 2.2 € per person per night (from May to October) and 1.65 € remaining months. Please note the house rules: – No parties – No smoking – No loud music – We do not accept bookings from groups of people under 23 years old.
