Booking and Payment

To book an apartment, visit our website and select the apartment of your choice. Click on “Book” and follow the instructions to complete your request. You will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as bank transfers. Payment details will be provided in your confirmation email.

The security deposit is paid when signing the contract and is returned at the end of the stay, provided the apartment is returned in its original condition.

Management and Services during the Stay

Yes, but please check our cancellation policies to understand the applicable fees. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to minimize costs.

You will need to provide identification and proof of address. These documents are necessary for signing the rental agreement.

Our apartments are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and fully equipped kitchens. We also offer additional services like weekly cleaning.

FAcilities and general information

Yes, if the apartment is available. Please contact us at least 1-2 days before the end of your current stay to discuss extension options.

Check-in is generally possible from 3:00 PM and check-out must be before 11:00 AM. Arrangements can be made upon request.

Before leaving, ensure the apartment is clean and in its original condition. An inventory will be conducted with you to verify the condition of the property. The security deposit will be refunded after verification.
