Featuring a coastal-style decor with rustic and modern touches, white bases, rustic plasterwork, wood, and natural fibers make this house the perfect place to unwind with family or friends. It sleeps 12 people, with two living rooms with fireplaces, two kitchens, three bathrooms, a first-floor terrace, and a rooftop terrace with a small pool, sea views, a solarium, and a barbecue.

The house has two floors. The ground floor features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a double shower, and four double bedrooms.

The second floor includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a terrace, a double bedroom, and a third bathroom.

The upper terrace features a small pool, a solarium area with sea views, and a barbecue area with a large family table. Located

in Pedregalejo, an old fishing village east of Malaga. Pedregalejo is historically the sum of two neighborhoods: Pedregalejo and Valle de los Galanes. However, today, the entire area between Baños del Carmen and Arroyo Jaboneros is known as Pedregalejo, including the beaches of Pedregalejo and Las Acacias. It is barely a 10-minute drive from the city center and is perhaps one of the neighborhoods in Malaga with the most beach bars and seaside terraces.

Student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or any other similar parties are prohibited in this house. This
property is non-smoking and not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Pets are not allowed.
