On the exterior of the apartment there is a refrigerated swimming pool of 7mx5m and has a depth of 0.90 to 2 meters. There is also a swimming pool for smaller pools of 3mx5m. There is a designated area where you can leave the floor quietly or cool in the exterior shower. Please note that privacy is parcial.

At the entrance to the apartment there is a terrace with tables and chairs where you can come together with its companions to enjoy the tranquility of the area. There is a beautiful and welcoming style in the interior. The dining room with air conditioning and TV is placed in the gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms: first with double bedroom and wardrobe, second with double bedroom and direct access to a small terrace equipped with a table and four chairs.
